Nexus Universal Decision Engine
Nexus ranks competing alternatives against whatever criteria matter to you — cost, quality, risk, speed, anything measurable — and tells you which option actually wins once every trade-off is weighed. The same underlying engine already runs live vendor selection, hiring, hospital triage, and inventory decisions below.
Its first fully deployed, deepest example: financial decisions.
Test Nexus V8.1 against your company’s CFD results in a private evaluation. Enter the corporate CFD evaluation area to begin.
Paste your credit policy or covenant tests. The audit runs thousands of cases through them and shows where no rule answers, where rules disagree, and which decisions flip on a 1% change. Scored with the Oursler Automaton Equation. Runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
Finds a company's closest financial twins in history and shows what happened to them. Caught 32 of 37 real 2025–26 bankruptcies on companies it had never seen, most of them six to seven quarters before filing. Included in the free 90-day pilot.
Nexus Enterprise extends the Corporate Decision Engine for larger organizations, complex portfolios, and decisions that cross business units, markets, and operating systems.
Enterprise adds: enterprise-wide capital allocation, portfolio optimization, cross-business dependencies, organizational impact, enterprise risk and exposure, strategic alignment, scenario analysis, governance controls, and outcome tracking across the organization.
One engine. Enterprise-wide decisions.
Import a Nexus CSV to reload Revenue, Cash, Debt, Operating Income, Operating Cash Flow and Revenue Growth into the engine. The import reads the same Section / Field / Value format that Nexus exports, so a saved snapshot can be re-run or edited later.
Run the decision engine, review the ranked alternatives and key metrics, then save the results as CSV, PDF, or a ZIP containing both. CSV files are read locally in the browser rather than uploaded to our server.
Nexus displays current Federal Reserve reference data alongside your analysis, so you can see important rate conditions without leaving the engine.
Nexus also calculates EBITDA from your company inputs when depreciation and amortization are supplied, and each analysis is timestamped using the visitor's local time zone anywhere in the world. Reference rates are informational and are not direct inputs to the Nexus V8 decision score.
Nexus V8 is a deterministic financial decision engine. Your raw financial figures are used to calculate the current result and are not stored. Derived ratios (such as liquidity and leverage) are kept, without your raw figures, to evaluate and improve the engine. Results can be downloaded from the engine as CSV, PDF, or ZIP.
