1. Who we are
These terms cover recombinationfinance.com and the Recombination Finance iOS app (the "Service"), operated by Recombination Finance, Nyack, New York. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What the Service is
Nexus, the Rule Audit, Twin Watch, and the CFD, Corporate and Enterprise tools are decision-support software. Outputs are advisory and depend on the inputs you provide. They are not investment, credit, legal, medical, or employment advice, and they are not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for decisions you make, and a qualified person should review them first.
3. Regulated uses
You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service, including any use in hiring, lending, or other regulated decisions, complies with applicable law. The Service has not been certified or audited for any specific regulation, and nothing on our site states that it satisfies one.
4. Accounts and subscriptions
On the website, the Nexus finance tool is $49.99 per month, billed through Stripe, and renews until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing recombinationfinance@proton.me; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account does not cancel billing, so cancel first. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund process.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of everything you submit, including CFD files and company figures. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit data you are not allowed to share.
6. Pilots and evaluations
Pilots are free and run 90 days by default. Recombination Finance sets the end date for each pilot and may change or end any pilot at any time. Pilot and evaluation access is provided as is and does not create any commitment to provide ongoing service.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation, or reverse-engineer it.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the Nexus engine and its methods, belongs to Recombination Finance. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it, not ownership of it.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Recombination Finance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access, and we will change the date above when we do. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
